Nathan helped us sell out townhouse in Germantown and purchase a single family home in Gaithersburg, MD in the early part of 2012. His knowledge of the local neighborhoods was exquisite, and that guided us in determining which neighborhoods to focus our search for our new home. When we found the home we wanted, Nathan's negotiating skills were excellent. He guided us in putting in an initial bid that was considerably below asking price but not insulting to the sellers, and after several rounds of negotiating the purchase price ended up being very close to what Nathan had predicted from the beginning. In terms of selling our townhouse Nathan had great advice for staging and had recommended painting a few of the rooms. We took his advice and made the minor changes. He also helped us understand the local real estate market and what would be an accurate listing price, and what the home would sell for after the negotiating process. Again, Nathan's advice was very accurate. Our townhouse was under contract after 4 days on the market, and we received a good price that was approximately what Nathan had predicted. We were extremely happy. Nathan also does the intangibles very well. He was always very responsive to us, in fact, he often was proactive and would reach out to us just to check in. He was always availabe for face to face, or via phone whichever we preferred. He also has a great team that works with him including Steve who handles all the documents behind the scenes.
