My wife and I first met Nancy Merritt several years ago at an open house, attracted by the clear, positive, and compelling description of the property that she had written--a description that, to our surprise, turned out to be entirely accurate. As we continued to look for a new home over the next two or three years, we came to rely on Nancy/ open house advertisements as reliable and honest guides to the properties that she was showing. Eventually, with Nancy's help, we did find what is now our home. She assisted us throughout the process of buying and renovating it while simultaneously selling our then home. In both cases, her advice enabled us to secure favorable prices and to work our way through the complicated details of financing, buying, rebuilding, selling, and moving under fairly strict time constraints during a harsh winter when the real estate market was in the doldrums. It was a completely satisfying process, largely due to Nancy/ knowledge, professionalism, friendly support, and cheerfulness. Nancy's experience in real estate is considerable. Nancy is a confident and highly motivated Realtor. Her likeable personality made it easy to develop a friendship that has continued after the sale of our home.
