In the case of one bank owned property, I noticed it at 11PM when I was browsing and sent him a quick email. He replied promptly and made arrangements so that my wife and I viewed it with him at 7:30AM the next morning. In addition, Pete is from a family of contractors. He had extremely good advice when my wife and I were discussing building a new home with various builders. In addition when we were looking at existing homes he had a very sharp eye and was able to comment on quality of workmanship and noticed issues typically seen only after a building inspection.
