I have used Tim & Ayda for selling and purchasing a home in 2012. They sold our McLean Townhouse on Melrose Drive home for 100% of the asking price. I think Ayda and Tim are a great real estate team that can't be beat. You are getting a team instead of 1 agent. They seem to be a great balance. They are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. They are savvy and seem to catch the small details or nuances which I think is really important in this business. I don't always think that I am the most knowledgeable about real estate so it was nice to feel like they were here for me and that all of my questions were important and valid.
