Wharton was excellent. I've been dealing with realtors on a short sale but all I got was unkept promises. Finally, when Wharton took over the deal things got done. Excellent customer service and great knowledge of the process from start to finish. I hightly recommend them!

I have know Adi for many years in the real estate business. She is a wonderful, professional and honest person. I recommend her to many of my clients and when I needed to find a renter for my home, she helped me with all aspects of the rental. She negotiated a great deal for me and prepared all paper work. She is knowlegeable and courteous and it was a great experience dealing with her for my personal needs.

It was a great decission.They negotiated the deal and succeeded to convince the bank to reduced price while everyone else told me that there is no way to do it. They found a buyer within a few days and closed this deal so fast that I couldn't believe it. They have in house closing department that worked efficiently.
