Jason is a 5star agent all the way. We were looking for a good deal on a condo on the Grand Strand, preferably a short sale or foreclosure, when i found his website. It had some very good information about how those processes work, and had a search engine to help find short sale/foreclosure properties. After we found a couple we liked, we contacted Jason to come down and look at them. He was really great at communicating with us and setting up showings on the same Saturday so we could just make one trip down. He even set up reservations at great little seafood restaurant that we hadn't heard about before, and it was incredible. Although neither of the first 2 we found to look at that day fitted what we wanted, Jason offered to do some research and find something that better suited what we were looking for. A few days went by and then Mr. Ellis gave us a call and said he had found a couple more short sale properties that might be closer to what we wanted, and he emailed over the listings. We liked the look and he made arrangements for another set of Saturday showings. We instantly fell in love with the first one, and Jason said it was a very good value based on the short sale price. After a great explanation back at his office of how the short sale process worked, we put in an offer for a little less than the asking price and headed home knowing it might take a bit to hear back from the lender. About 2 weeks later, we came home to a message on our machine from Jason that the bank had accepted our short sale price offer.
