Deciding to move from Scottsdale,AZ to Fort Collins, CO in itself was very scary but when we thought of getting in touch with a realtor in an area that we basically new nothing about we were terrified. Wow.....were we LUCKY to get in touch with Kathie Swanson. She did so much work for us before we even came to Ft. Collins to look at homes.
