Pat noticed one guy filling some cracks in the back wall of the fireplace and thought the grout/cement he was using didn't look right....on closer inspection (and conversing in Spanish with the worker), Pat realized the grouting material was flammable, and would have set the fireplace on fire the first time we used it. He immediately contacted the seller and made sure everything was done correctly before we signed the next day.
