After sending out a blind inquiry to Lang Realty regarding a property I had seen listed, Michael Friedman was the only agent who followed up and responded. We met at his office, and he helped me scout and visit home in my preferred area. When I found a house that interested me, he kept in touch about the negotitions even though I was in New York at the time. I was promised something in the negotiations which did not materialize and was quite costly. I am not sure whether this was his fault, that of the listing agent or a misunderstanding. I feel that Mr. Friedman was above average in meetings, but there were several homes which I wanted to visit and could not get into. I think he will grow more aware of the gated communities and what they have to offer as he spends more time in the area. Less

Michael did a fine job showing us properties in Boca. He was thorough and showed us listings based on our needs and requirements. We had limited time to view properties and his expertise in pre-evaluation of properties for us really narrowed our search time dramatically....allowing more time to view meaningful listings.
