Paul is a wonderful Realtor. He does not just want to sell you some property but he actually wants you to be thrilled about what you buy. He gives you his most sincere opinion about the properties (backed by his years of experience, knowledge, and education as a real estate agent and as an investor himself) even if it is not what you want to hear. He counsels the buyers on what could be the possible short term and long term advantages and disadvantages of buying certain property. I do not think there is any Realtor who spends as much time in educating the buyers and making sure they are happy with their purchase.
