Mike helped (I strongly use the word helped) me purchase one home and sell two homes. I don't know what I would have done without him. Mike has been our realtor for 7 years now. He first helped us sell our town home back in 2006 before the market crash. 7 other town homes were for sale for months in our complex. Only ours sold because Mike knows how to advertise and price. We got a great price for our town home and the sale was quick. Mike took care of everything perfectly. We decided to rent for a while and Mike even helped us get that all in order. 3 years later Mike took us house shopping. Over those 3 years he stayed in touch with us and kept us informed about the housing market in San Diego. Mike took us to see A LOT of different houses ALL over San Diego County. I then had the pleasure of meeting Mike Gassaway, who took the time to discuss what type of property I was looking for, and which neighbourhoods he felt would suitable. His knowledge of the San Diego area was impressive, and valuable. If I wanted to view a property that I felt had potential, Mike would always set up a viewing promptly that fitted in with my schedule. On the rare occassion that he was unavailable at the time that suited me, he would always ensure that another, equally helpful, realtor would be there to help. He would always arrive at the property before me and take a look around, and in one instance told me when I arrived that the property was so bad that he couldn't, with clear conscience let me buy it!
