Colleen went the extra mile to help our mom sell her place. I would highly recommend her. She kept our mom calm when, the first buyer could not qualify. She also kept our mom well informed of what was happening. This process of selling your home can have its ups and downs and Colleen made it easyfor our mom to cope at her young age of 77.

Colleen's expertise helped us buy our dream retirement home in the Gentry Haleakea development. This is the third real estate transaction Colleen helped us with. The two previous trans actions were both IRS 1031 (rentals) and were completed in 2005 and 2007 - both without problems.
