We met David due to wanting to look at a home that he was selling. He showed us the home as well as two others. We were in a situation of needing to sell ours so despite liking the one he was selling we were not in a position to buy, but trying to learn the area. He kept in great communication with us even as the first house we liked sold. Once our home was sold, we started looking again. We found a house that we liked a lot (earlier than we expected) and had David show us and write up offer paperwork. He did a great job negotiating for us with price and appliance inclusion. He also had a fantastic inspector who was able to show us some of the issues and we decided to walk from the house.
