My American West salesman told me about Dan so I listed with him. My house was sold for what we were asking in 11 days! When the time came we then listed our American West home with him. Dan is very honest, he will tell you realistically what to expect and he told us for a home this size and the asking price expect 6 months.We were not in a hurry to sell it and we accepted that because we are familiar with his work ethic and great and honest personality.Dan called me the next morning with an offer. Knowing him by this time as a friend I thought he was pulling my leg.
