Brice wa absolutely awesome to work with when looking at houses. We had a great time he is very knowledgable about his properties and very quick providing information on any inquiries.

My husband and I used Brice to buy our home and had a wonderful experience! When we first started looking at houses we did not have a realator selected but started to look on the internet at new houses on zillow. We sent a message to 2 different realators and Brice was the first to respond. To our surprise he turned not only into an excellent realator but a good friend. We feel blessed to have had such a great experience buying our home.

I was surprised to find out that there were 2 sides to buying a property. The Seller has their agent and the buyer should also have their own to represent them. After explaining that and seeing how he protected us through the transaction makes me glad that we had someone on our side. We closed a couple weeks ago, but Brice still calls to check on us to make sure that everything is running around the house like we thought it would. Brice was so helpful when we sold our house and bought a new one. He did everything we asked. He always made time to show us houses more than once. He made sure we got the most for our house.
