Jim was instrumental in getting a complex deal completed for me. He was always available, he even took calls at 10 PM at night as per my schedule. From teh time I started buying houses in the area, he has been the main realtor I have worked with. I woudl highly recommend him.

My wife and I came into contact with Jim Manolakis threw his attentive and prompt responses to online listings very early on in our search for a new home. We decided to sign on with Jim as our buyers agent. Our initial home search was not so far from Jim's base of operations in the Ann Arbor area, but before long we refocused our search in the lakes area north of the M-5 Connector. Jim never protested the significant change to the region we were hunting, and happily showed us multiple homes. We found a home and Jim prepared an offer that was accepted in a "highest and best", scenario with a short sale property. In spite of an accepted offer that was likely to close, Jim encouraged us to continue looking at homes in the event that the sale fell through. Low and behold, Jim's advice proved to be quite valuable as unforeseen circumstances out of his control lead to the loss of the home that we had under contract. Because of Jim's guidance, my wife and I stayed on top of the listings relative to our needs that were sent to us daily by Mr.Manolakis. The very day that Jim informed us that our original property was not going to work out, we did a drive by of a listing we loved, Jim got us a showing, and less that a week later we were under contract with a home we plan to grow old together in. The property we are purchasing is at least an hour from Jim's base of operations; a fact that Jim NEVER brought up to us. Jim showed us many properties over many days. He was always on time and never let a question of ours go unanswered. Not only would we recommend Jim Manolakis to anyone in need of a Realtor, we referred good friends of ours whom were having a poor experience with a so called "Short Sale Expert". Jim was incredibly helpful in finding a home. We gave him our budget, the area we wanted and he found us a beautiful home!! He went above and beyond in answering any and all questions, at all hours of the day, and was always kind and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
