Since this was my first home purchase, I knew absolutely nothing about real estate when I started. I honestly wasn't even exactly sure what type of home I wanted when we first started looking. But even from the beginning Valarie was very patient in finding out what exactly we were looking for and educating us on the home-buying process. She was able to accommodate my crazy work schedule and I always got my question answered promptly no matter at what hours/day of the week (in fact a lot of our communications actually occurred either late night or on the weekends). She was great at keeping us informed and giving us updates on the whole process (from putting in an offer to going through escrow) and she was always very helpful. She also got us every request that we wanted from the seller. She was always very attentive to our needs at every stage of the process. Valarie not only helped us list and sell the property but also helped us to purchase it. We bought the property back in April 2012 but shortly after purchasing the property I found out that I had to move out of town due to new job hence had to sell the property. Valarie educated us on the local market demand and guided us to go through some renovation and ultimately helped us to follow through the selling process.
