John listened to what and where I wanted and found me the perfect home in just a couple of weeks. We negotiated the deal and closed quickly. When it was time to sell my home, I had moved out and it was vacant and plain. John assisted me in choosing contractors to do some remodeling and decorating to make the house stand out on the market. He also told me I needed to stage the house so it would be warmer and more inviting. I went out and borrowed some furniture and called it good. I don?t think we can emphasize that fact enough: that he listened to what we said we wanted and did not try to sell us a house just to sell a house. For example: We wanted a lot that would afford us privacy, have some mature trees and shrubs, and space for a nice-sized garden. We also wanted a home with the main living space on one level.
