We first met David in November 2012. We were moving from Denver and only had one day to be in the area. He dedicated many hours to us out of his schedule that day. There were many conversations back and forth as we attempted to build a custom home. Our goal was to move in May 2013. New lots which would allow us to custom build our 70 West Riverhill model would not be available until summer 2013. For that reason David aggressively worked with the builder on our behalf to purchase an existing Riverhill in Amanda's Ridge. Although Davids' expertise was not completely 100% in our house viewing area, he took on the project with enthusiasm and confidence. My most memorable thought of him during our process and why we choose him after one meeting, was that there were questions about the local area houses that we asked immediately. Instead of waiting until he got back to his office, he immediately went to work calling other agents to find our answers. He was professional, but personable. He was the epitomy of patience as it took us 3 or 4 times viewing each house, at different times, so we could accurately detail what we wanted to spend our money on! David was a pleasure to work with and was a huge help to us. He sold our house quickly and was able to help with all of the snags and difficulties that occurred through the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a real estate agent in the area.

We were introduced to David by a friend who met him and from the day me met him he has been a big help for us with buying our house. He got us in contact with a broker to see what we could afford and after that he started taking us on the house quest. We did a pre-sale in a neighborhood where they are still building houses so we were able to get the style we wanted and pick out almost everything. We knew where we were going to buy so he sent us an email of all the houses that we were able to buy in that area. Once we decided what styles we wanted to see he took us around to the houses and showed them to us. He even took us through a couple of the houses more then once that night. After that we were able to pick the lot we wanted and David made sure we saw them all and made sure we knew that if there was electrical boxes in the yard that they would stay there. He helped us put what we wanted into the contact and was able to get us what we wanted. When we left to go out of state David went to the lot a couple of times to take photos of the house been built and sent them to us. Any time we ran into a problem with the house he was there to help us no matter what time of the day it was. He worked around our schedule to make sure we could get what we needed done on a timely matter and never cared if he had to come to the house late to help us. Over all I am very thankful that we had David there to help us with the process of buying and having our house built. He did way more then a realtor is suppose to do and he made sure any of our questions were answered in a timely matter.
