Angela told me on a few occassions that she was going to do something and then did not follow-through. Since a real estate agent basically has only their word, this did not sit well with me. She only had to show 8 houses before we decided on one and our list of expectations was short. The diffficulty was the location we moved to was about 200 miles from our last home. The pictures she said she was going to take to send before our move would have actually been nice to have..or the list of phone numbers..or the fact our water was shut off from lack of communication from her and her friend, the house-flipper/seller. Don't buy houses from her buying from him. After it was all said and done there is some defintiely some gray area there. Find another real estate agent there are enough around here. Less
