From helping me sell a property and get OUT of a nightmarish situation I was in, to helping me find 2 rentals, to helping me purchase again a few years later, Brian was always quick to return emails and answer my calls. What impressed me the most about Brian was that he was genuinely interested in what my wife and I wanted. Not once did I have a feeling that he wished to get a deal done just to get it done. In fact, in two cases I was very motivated to bid on a home and he felt the bid was not right. He could very well have looked out for himself to get a deal done, but he was very in tune to what was right for my family. Brian was very patient with us. He was very willing to point out negative features that my wife and I would have overlooked. That kind of honesty I think is very hard to find in general and perhaps even more difficult in the real estate world.
