Few months ago, we looking for a condo for a member in our family. Finally we find one in the neighborhood, we tried to make a few phone calls to reach some realtors to help, and luckily Deb Olson was the one who call us back. we make appointment, meet her and have the showing on the condo we like. She explain, showing us what is good and what is not to make sure that we understand and be confident on our decision. She give us few days to decide before we make an offer. After that we see her again to sign all the paperwork . She take time to explain and answear all the question we have during that time. When something comes up, she give us a call promply and explain what we should do or have to do to makes thing go smoothly... We fell good to have her help, we feel She work for our own good not for her own benefit. During that time we fell secure and relaxed, we feel that we can trust her to take care our businees....... Now we alrealdy have the condo we wanted. Deb was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our house sale. She was always able to answer our questions, was very responsive and knew the local market. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend her (and do!) to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a home. I thought selling our house was going to be a long drawn out process, and as it turned out the most stressful thing was that it sold so fast!

We bought our first home with Deb and she's absolutely fantastic!!! She's very adept at her position and will give you all the advice and tools you need as a homebuyer. Debbie was excellent to use! I bought my first home with her help. I have been using her again to look at a bigger place and if I find something I will certianly use her as my listing agent. I haven't ever worked with any other realitors before but Debbie went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I looked at several places before buying my current place and never once was she frusterated with the amount of time I took.

I had a tough situation with my husband's sudden death and having to sell a piece of land. Deb advised, counseled, researched, basically worked her tail off to get it sold. She met numerous potential buyers and walked the muddy, plowed/planted, burdock, marshy, wood combination property with each, sometimes twice if they wanted to check it out again. She never said no, she always met them and accompanied them each time, putting on her mud boots! Given the family situation, there was some tough personal issues tied to the property to sort through and she quickly familiarized herself yet maintained UTMOST confidentiality where needed and never gave up. I ended up with a buyer with CASH and she kept in contact with him, kept him interested and we got it done very quickly. He was from the Milwaukee area and wanted recreation land only, far away from the "city" and she talked his ear off about my property, never letting him find something else. She really hustled! I needed someone to help me buy a home in a specific area, by myself as my husband was no longer with us. Deb was sensitive to our needs, helped me see things I would not have looked for, coached me through the home inspection, closing, and even helped me find someone to make the changes I wanted to make, like adding a deck and built-in bookcases by the fireplace. She was great!
