While Anissa is a new realator, she knows Duluth very well and she also knows when to confer with her more experienced colleages. (Somethings were tricky with our purchase, seller was a Canadian relocation company and negotiations were delayed.) She is a lot of fun, and really went the extra mile to show us quite a few places in a small amount of time. An excellent scheduler, and throughly addressed our questions or took the time to research the answers. She listened to what we were looking for, did not show us places that were out of our range, and adjusted showings based on our feedback. Anissa did a great job of helping me find the right house. She was knowledgeable about the area and the local real estate market. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Anissa was very patient with us considering we looked for over a year. She was also, very helpful gaining access to properties we wished to look at. We are in the process of getting our previous residence ready for putting on the market and Anissa is the only realtor we would concider using.
