As a first time home buyer, I was inexperienced and asked a lot of questions, but Robi was very honest and knowledgeable about the whole home buying process. If she didn't have the answers, she did her research and was able to give me all the information I needed. Robi did an absolutely amazing job when it came to dealing with my changing needs and wants while searching for my new home. She was not only patient and accommodating, but always made me feel like I was her highest priority. Communication was wonderful and Robi was incredibly fast when it came to returning emails, phone calls and text messages. Oh, and when I got stressed, Robi always kept a level head. She never appeared flustered or unable to cope with any difficult situations that arose. When I finally found the perfect home, Robi was able to work very fast to make sure I would land it at the price I wanted. She handled negotiations very well and helped me coordinate all the other aspects of appraisals, inspections and other services that were required. Our home had been on the market for over two years when we changed agents and listed it with Robi. She gave us some great suggestions for staging the home and gave us honest feedback of what needed to be done to get it sold.
