After going through 5 previous realtor's Tom was a breath of fresh air. He listened to my requirements and did not take offense to me finding some properties on my own that I wanted to check out. When I first found my home i faced some obsctacles with a old furnance in which the home inspector hinted that I should walk. Tom reffered me to AHS home warranty service and to this day this policy has come in handy and was also afforable with no commission or referral for him doing this. He went out his way to rally on my behalf for the sellers to fix more items that were reported in the inspection.
