As first time homebuyers with a baby on the way, we felt pretty overwhelmed with the whole home buying process. After finding Jens info online and meeting up with her at a house showing, she really took me and my wife under her wing. She definitely took the extra time to help us make the best decision, it made us feel safe knowing we had someone looking out for us rather than just trying to make an extra buck out of us (like I feel with most transactions these days). It was easy to get a hold of her, whether it was phone or email she would get back to us within a few hours, even on the weekends.
