Alan was recommended to us by a colleague after we moved to Tucson. We were looking for a 3-4 bedroom home, 1+ acres on the west side. Honest, patient and helpful are the 3 words that describe Alan. We never was once felt as though we were asking a stupid question or wasting his time. He was very helpful in finding and presenting properties based on our specific interests. He was filled with useful advice for us-first time home-buyers in the desert. He never once interjected in any way that was not appreciated. He played a large role in making sure we picked a home we would love, without ever interrupting our discovery process. We ended up purchasing a foreclosed home but the process was not near as painful as others have made it out to be, in large part due to Alan's efforts. Alan was great to work with. He was patient, and not pushy. Even with looking at so many houses and a ton of questions. He helped us keep the buying process moving and always was prompt getting back to my husband and I when we had any questions.
