Lisa pays great attention to detail. She always returns phone call immediately and you know if you need something she will get it to you as quickly as possible. She goes out of her way to do things that are a help to the buyer or seller, even if it probably is more of the buyer or seller's responsibility than the agent. I am originally from N.J. but have lived in Alaska for the last 30 years. My parents still live in N.J. so I wanted to buy a place there so I could eventually move back home. I first contacted Lisa around 2007 after seeing that she was the listing agent for an equestrian property I was interested in as I have horses. Although the property was not ideal, Lisa spent a good deal of time during the next two years, taking my parents around to various properties while I was visiting in N.J. (My parents are both in their 80's and can be very hard to deal with at times, not only due to mobility issues, but also personality issues as well). The prices in N.J. are very high so I put my plans on hold and never ended up getting anything. Then, in 2010 I finally found the ideal property and thanks to Lisa's expertise and realty skills, I ended up buying it.
