I am a practicing lawyer with very little tolerance for the all too common silliness one finds with many real estate agents. Ms. Horstmann is a consummate professional, over the top on the responsiveness and conscientiousness scale. She is the finest real estate professional (and I mean that word in a true sense) I have ever met. And she has a wonderful sense of humor.

Victoria goes the extra mile....she arranged for our home to be professionally staged, had pictures taken and mailed out postcards w/pictures to the immediate area. When our home sold, Victoria referred us to someone who would handle an estate sale for us. Since this was a winter home, we would not be taking the furniture with us. The sale was a HUGE success! Victoria did a phenomenal job for us!
