As first time buyers Marianne made buying a house easier than we thought possible. She found the perfect house for us in just a few weeks and negotiated a fantastic price. Marianne's is a lovely person whose local knowledge and expertise are indispensible! If we ever buy a house again we will definitely use Marianne.

This lady has integrity! Marianne always puts the interest of her client first. In my dealings with her, she has always looked out for the best value for my money - as opposed to - selling me the biggest house. I have known her for 10+ years and have bought and sold 4 houses with her and I am sure I am going to continue my business relationship with her, because she is simply the best. I purchased my first home with Marianne in 2008. She knows the greater Midlands area very well. Through the process I felt Marianne always had my best interest in mind. We have been in the house 4 years and really enjoyed it. Currently we are in the process of looking for a larger home with a little land and Marianne has already began showing us properties and will be listing our current home once we decide to sell.
