I found Blake to be the ultimate professional. I am a retired real estate broker and property manager. I also live in Missouri and had a relative pass away in WA. It was my responsibility to settle her estate and clean out and sell her home. I have never been to WA and didn't know where to start. I found Blake on Zillow and e-mailed him. He called me personally within 15 minutes of my e-mail which was after 9:00pm his time. I was impressed with that quick response. Blake is a very kind, person who was able to negotiate a very good deal for us in buying our home. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. Blake answered them honestly and in a timely fashion. He is good at his job. He was a big help when it came time to get the appraisal and home inspection so we could close early on our house.
