We met Jennifer while on vacation in Maui while she was holding an open house in the complex that we were staying in. We considered ourselves "looky loos" and where just passing the time after spending the day on the beach. We had talked about buying something on Maui at some point in the future and were just trying to get a feel for the market. We looked all over Maui for a home to buy for about a year. At a point when we were about to "give up" we met Jennifer at an open house and liked her from the start. She was personable, out-going and and had a "sunny" disposition. My husband and I are picky, to say the least, and she helped us come to a mutual agreement as to what we really needed and what was possible in our price range. We were amazed at how well she knew the area as well as other areas on the island. When we saw something we might have liked she made it her business to find out everything she could to help us make a decision in a timely manner. We told her what we were looking for and she went to work. Yes, all realtors will go to work if you tell them what you are looking for, however, Jennifer went the extra mile and never pushed us. When we called her with a question, we received a quick reply. With her help, we negotiated and purchased a home. She guided us through escrow and was extremely helpful. Jen did a terrific job of guiding us through the process of buying an amazing house in Kaanapali. She walked us through options that gave a us a good perspective on the market, then found the perfect home for us. Negotiations were challenging over multiple days and offers, and Jen worked it beautifully so both the buyers (us) and sellers felt like they got the deal they were hoping for.
