Can not get a hold of anyone! Very difficult to place bid. They give almost nothing. You have to do everything online. You have to pay with CASH and only CASH and right away!!!! And no counter offers!! To be clear you the buyer are taking all the risk! They sell as is only. If someone is living there or the water, sewer or house is bad to bad for you. They do not care. You pay full price.

Never responded to my request about the property!!!

Very difficult to deal with. Contact was always with their outsourcing company which I found their knowlege to be limited and their responses to be scripted. When bidding through their online system, felt bidding was falsly represented. I would highly recommend researching this company before committing.

They replied to my email request for info very quickly but did not have the answers to my specific questions. They referred me to any local realtor.
