Tammy was very thorough in the listing process and the house was quickly put on the market.The house did not sell, but I think the economy just was not good at the time and didn't have anything to do with her lack of effort. It is off the market at the time, but I would definitely seek Tammy's help in listing it in the future.

Tammy Deviley helped us sell our 5-acre farmette in Wisconsin so we could make a move out of state. Even though it was late fall when we listed it, Tammy's innovative ideas helped us get an accepted offer in less than 30 days. We found Tammy to be very attentive, available, knowledgeable and passionate about about her work.

Although our house didn't sell (It's not Tammy's fault-the market was bad, we were asking too much) she was open and honest with us the entire time, she went above and beyond for us, giving us open and honest feedback on things we could do to improve. Although we couldn't improve the market and we're still in the house I will have Tammy list again when we and the market are ready and I would recommend her to anyone!
