Rosa is a breath of fresh air, just the kind of person I was looking to work with when I decided to buy a home. Once I found Rosa's business website during a web search I emailed her to see if she would be interested in helping me find a home in Worcester. She emailed me back within hours and then followed up with a phone call the next day. We agreed to meet in person which we did and Rosa proceeded to educate me about pre-approvals, mortgages, and her intimate knowledge of the city of Worcester. All of the people Rosa works and networks with in this industry are incredibly honest, helpful, and competent. What could have been a difficult and grinding experience was instead pretty easy and fun. On our very first house hunting expedition I found the house I was looking for. After finding it I continued looking through the MLS listings that she emailed me every day because you can't buy the first house you like right? Rosa suggested that we set up another date to look at more houses. However, right before we were even able to set up another appointment my favorite house received another offer. Oh no!
