When we started our search, we had no realtor in mind, and unfortunately went through two before we found Dawn. She was a breath of fresh air! She may not have been in the business for years and years, but she was more professional, attentive, and knowledgeable then any I had worked with in the past and present. She sticks to facts and is non-opinionated as to allow the buyer to come to their own conclusions to whether a house would be a good fit or not.
