Buying your first home is expected be an arduous untertaking, and with good reason. I personally never fell into that train of though, I believe that with the correct representation buying a home, first or otherwise, is an exciting and rewarding experience. A lot of agents I encountered did not want to take time and answer my particular questions, it was almost as if they only sold homes to those that bough them before. Those agents lost a client. In the spring of 2010 I stopped in to Dianna's office to see about listing some properties for sale. After some breif conversation about marketing outside the MLS I decided to list with Dianna. Due to some market changes Dianna advised to adjust the pricing on certain properties which resulted in a sale. Because of Dianna's professional advice and creative marketing I was able to CLOSE on a large lot in a very hostile market. We are currently still marketing properties and spec homes in the area. I have been dealing with Penn-York Real Estate and knowing Dianna Gilbert for 20 years. My first transaction was in early 1990s when I bought 5 acres land in Naeeowsberg, New York and went very well. My second transaction was in 1993 when I bought 101 acres in Beach Lake, PA and also went great. Finally, in early 2000s, I sold the 5 acres in Narrowsberg and Dianne was my broker.
