She hired a professional photographer to take the photographs of our home for our MLS sheet, and I am convinced that helped sell our home! Debra has helped us twice, now. We relocated from out-of-state a year ago. We sought a rental home, and were in town for exactly 5 days to find one. We had a HORRIBLE time finding a realtor that would make time for us. Then we found Debra, when we had just 2 days left. She rescued us, working diligently, for long hours, with great communication. Of course we retained her card as we knew she was our realtor of choice for purchase. Now it is a year later, and we are moving out of the rental and buying a home.The hardest part of this experience has been finding the right home, to suit our very particular desires. We have been picky. And she has been wonderful. Debra made an effort to understand what we're seeking, and provided house listings, multiple times, refining it each time (and never repeating rejected listings like other, lazy realtors did in my home state) that met the need, as well as following up on listings we provide. She is super-responsive, even at late hours, and she is a great communicator. We ask for input frequently because she is so knowledgable. I appreciate that she gives honest feedback, even when it isn't what we want to hear, and she's diplomatic about it. She advocates for us, is willing to volunteer input, though isn't pushy if we are unresponsive. Debra is networked! She has a Person for everything (again only if we are interested), and they seem to work the same long hours she does. For example, we already had a home loan arranged, but her person gave us a better deal AND worked on the weekend so we could submit our bid first thing on Monday.
