Brandi was selected to sell my townhome because of her involvement in selling other properties in the community, her appropriate and professional approach addressing my needs as the seller. She was truthful and direct with her perspective of the townhouse, community, and current realestate market (the good, and the ugly) Once we signed the contract to list the property Brandi kept me uprised of her activity to market the property and the outcome of her individual events. She educated me on the various aspects of the selling process, the requirements of the township and offered to be the conduit with the township as I was not living there. When we received the offer from the buyer she supported me in the counter offer process and provided her perspective of reality and experience but did not tell me what to do. Brandi is very professional and helpful. Unlike other agnets we dealt with before, she is honest and caring, she never pushes us to sell our house just because she wants her commissions.
