She understood completely and helped us find a house that met our needs. Due to the tightening of mortgage requirements, our credit (always OK in the past) was deemed on the edge. Heather was patient with us and worked with the mortgage and title company to get things straightened out. Heather then went to work selling our old house (we waited until after we moved). Heather worked with us to sell our home in a very saturated market at the time that had several homes for sale within our neighborhood and two for sale on our own street. We were living in a different state while our home was on the market in Texas and she took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend her as she was able to get our home sold promptly and in time for us to move into our new home!
