My husband and I have been waiting for pre-approval for the past year. Betty Has been so patient with us the whole way. She is always willing to help get information and take us to see houses all over Ohio. She has a fantastic personality, and is always honest. We are still working with her now, and she calls to check in every now and then just to see how we are doing. Also her website is the best by far.
