We had made 3 other offers with another realtor starting in April. One weekend with Ann and we had an accepted offer. There was a lot of red tape with the mortgage company and she was on top of it all. After missing most of the summer season, we wanted to close quickly and without all of Ann's hardwork, it wouldn't have happened. She has a great reputation and a lot of connections, whether you need inspectors, carpenters, title companies etc. she did a great job with hooking us up with quality people. I highly recommend. What a privilege to write a review for Ann. A top notch Realtor. She knows the market and is a great negotiator. I wont go into the details of all the hurdles she helped us over but she did an amazing job and a great communicator. She got us in our first lake cabin and our Daughters love it.
