Eddie completed two short sales for us in the last several years. Both transactions were completed successfully to our great satisfaction. In addition to selling our properties, Eddie also assisted our daughters in finding and negotiating for a new apartment while still looking out for their best interest. He was honest and ethical in all his dealings with us and clearly was on our side. I would highly recommend Eddie as your real estate representative.

Eddie's contacts and knowledge is what put the deal together. Eddie brought the buyer to me and a short sale was completed. Eddie put me in touch with a CPA and Attorney who interacted with Bank of America. I never talked to BOA. Eddie's office returned calls promptly. He was very pleasant to deal with. I never felt like I was bothering him.
