Mr. Feintuch called me promptly after I sent him an email regarding the potential sale of my property. We talked a little bit about the area and he seemed knowledgeable. He said he would do some homework on the property and call me back the next day but he never did. I assume he felt the work would not be worth the cut he would get on a transaction so he abandoned the idea of working with me.

I'm a man in my 20's looking to purchase my first house on a tight budget and Nolan has over passed my expectations. I told him what I wanted and my budget and he gave me all kinds of options, some that were very cheap and some that were on the top of my budget. He is DIRECT, HONEST, and UPFRONT (unfortunately those are not common traits amongst realtors). I'm currently under contract to purchase a Homapath Renovation house and the selling agent is overworked and so is my lender so that makes things very frustrating, but its great to know that Nolan is on my team, always there when you need him and is on top of everything! You can tell he is a man with experience and ability to get things done. The house has not closed yet but it should soon enough (hopefully) if it doesn't I will buy one from a different seller and a different lender but Nolan is the piece in the puzzle that will stay. Nolan help had been exceptional , he help me with a very hard situation where others would walk out, choosing him was the best thing I did after dealing whit other realtors that didn't help me at all . Nolan is a great person to do business with. I met him at a networking event back in 2007. He showed my wife and I a few properties in the Sandy Springs area. He has excellent knowledge of the area and found us some great looking properties that fell in our price range. We haven't purchased a house yet, but when we do we will use Nolan.
