I found a lot of realtors in the Villages to be very knowledgable and cooperative, but sometimes, you just meet one that gives more than expected with such grace and charm that you not only want ot buy from her, you want to become her friend. Tammy was extremely professional in every detail, but had that inner ability to read what you were already thinking and then to answer in a way that resolved any issue, no matter how big or small with concern just for you. Even when you didn't want to bother her with what someone might consider minutae, she made you feel like any question was important and deserved her full attention. She had done a lot of research and was very organized. She showed us the homes she had narrowed it down to and they were all well within our price range and criteria. She explained each home, the area it was in, how far and how close it was to shopping, hospitals and activities. She didn't waist our time or try to raise our price limitations (like other agents we have dealt with in the past). She was extremely helpful in connecting us to all the utility companies, movers, inspectors etc. She truly made our move the least stressful out of any we have ever had.
