Whitney was such a Godsend throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. Within 10 minutes of requesting information on Zillow about a home, Whitney was calling me to provide details. She was so quick and informative with any questions. I literally had no clue what I was doing but she was with me every step of the way. Whitney quickly picked up on what I was looking for and after looking at just 3 other homes, we found "the one" on the fourth try. She made it all so very easy. The buyer agreed to everything we asked for the with the first offer on the home and every item fixed that we requested after the inspection. Whitney even went so far as to making sure the buyer paid for first year of home warrenty. That proved HIGHLY important when my hot water heater gave out on Christmas Eve. Whitney provided me with amazing contacts for my inspection and my mortgage officer. The entire process was just flawless. I cannot say enough about Whitney, or thank her enough for making my first home purchase such a wonderful experience. It was great workiing with Whitney over the course of several months finding the right house for me. I was looking to relocate and we looked at several different homes before making a selection. I can be impatient at the process sometimes, and she was able to keep me on track to making a purchase. At times I became disillusioned and Whitney set me straight. If not for her, I may not have made a purchase.
