Sudy was referred to my by a work associate when I moved up here. We spoke with her before we ever moved up here and she was very helpful. When I arrived for my interview process with my job she took time out of her day to show us a few examples of the housing in the area. When I accepted the position and was required to move here we explained to Sudy all our requirements for a house and she was happy to oblige. Sudy was able to sell our home in 3 days for our asking price. We were out of the country and she emailed listings for us to review in our search for a new home, setting up visits as soon as we returned home. I would highly recommend her as a either a listing or purchasing agent!
