This was my first home purchase so i don't have much to compare it to. I can say this, every person I dealt with along the way from sellers agents to mortgage brokers and inspectors all agreed that Jayson was the most "on the ball" agent they have ever dealt with. Basically he was the best advocate I could've hoped for. Having dealt with agents in the past for a web company, as well as the last 8 months of house hunting; it seems like I found the one diamond in the rough in San Diego. He was like a bulldog for me. So thorough in every aspect. Truly a pleasure and a relief with all the other hoops that you have to jump through to not have your agent be one of the problems was truly a gift! He got the seller to offer closing costs they had no worldly reason to offer. I don't know how he negotiated that, but I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I HIGHLY recommend Jayson to anyone out there! Other buyers agents were telling me to get a condo to build equity instead of holding out for the detached house with the big yard on my tight budget. Jayson was a joy to work with. He is very responsive, very polite and truly diligent in finding your next home. Jason is extremely dependable and prompt. We had complete faith in him and he sealed our deal in record time. It took some serious negotiating skills on his part as we were not willing to pay full asking price for the house. Jayson was my agent when I purchased my current home. With Jayson's help, the purchase went smoothly. The property was a Fannie Mae property and Jayson was very experienced with these types of properties and transactions. Since the property was an older property, Jayson also helped me with suggestions on how to renovate the house. I very much appreciated his architectural knowledge. Jayson helped me find my second home. Initially he explained the process and what to expect. I was looking for an architecturally unique home. He showed a few homes in two small architectural  neighborhoods.  Very nice. Then we found one near hiking trails. Jayson stayed on top of the process and smoothed out a couple of bumps.
