Deborah Coley is the BEST EVER!!! We love her dearly as our Realtor. We PCS from Cheyenne, Wyoming to San Antonio and only had less than a month to look for a house. We were working with another realtor at the time while in Cheyenne and with a month left till we PCS, the house we were trying to buy did not happen. Thank goodness we still remembered Deborah when we were stationed in Lackland AFB before. She also sold homes for my parents and brother here in San Antonio. We contacted her in the evening and within an hour she found two move in ready homes for us. Being far away and we didn't know what it looks like, Deborah took her time to take pictures inside and even made a video to show us what could potentially be our new home. We were very please with her findings. She answered all our questions and worries. She was able to negotiate stainless steel appliances, sod and blinds. I consider myself very lucky to have found Deborah. My property in San Antonio was left completely trashed by previous renter and as courtesy of my previous property manager, it was neglected for 6 months to a point where it was ridiculously infested with roaches. It was a nightmare. Living in California and not knowing anyone in San Antonio it was very difficult for me to get the situation under control. Luckily I found Debra. She helped me get the property fixed quickly to a top condition and was able to get an offer on the property and closed within a month all that at sell price higher than I had expected. Deborah helped me buy a home when I moved to San Antonio from Florida in 2007 in a short amount of time. She even stayed late to help me make the offer. She was very organized and she seemed to understand what I was looking for and did not try to go outside my price range.
