Jane sold our home in Northern Kentucky within the first week of listing it (after only two showings)! Before signing up with her, we had our listing in the MLS for months but did not have any luck. She had a talented photographer come and take amazing pictures highlighting the special things about our house. She also put together a beautiful brochure for our house. We were very pleased with her work! When a job brought us back to the area a year later, we called Jane! Luckily she had just completed testing to be a licensed realtor in Ohio, where we were looking for a new home. Again, she and her team worked very hard and found us a wonderful home. Do not recommend
Listed home, but didn't sell

Jane did very little to sell our home in 2011. When we asked her what we could do to sell it or get more showings, she would only tell us to lower our price, but that was only after we had to jog her memory about which home was ours. On the day that we put our home on the market, she did not even personally come out to view the home or take photos but instead sent one of her assistants. I think she must be a top agent only because of the sheer numbers of home sellers she represents. if you list enough properties, chances are, something's going to sell. We also felt that she was biased toward spending her time on the higher end properties in more affluent cities (our house was listed in the $150 - $200k range) and that our modest but nice home wasn't a high priority to her firm. I would look elsewhere if you are considering Jane. Less

My team is in the office 70 hours/7 days a week and I spend tens of thousands of dollars every month to market the homes I list. If I suggested a price adjustment was needed, I am sure it was. I sell approximately 200 homes per year and have been the #1 agent in both number of homes sold and dollar volume in the Northern Kentucky market for over 16 years. It is unfortunate that the market is so hard and sellers are taking losses. I can only be honest and tell a seller what is needed to sell their home. If you are a legitimate client and not a competitor, you would know I have a photographer to take better quality photos. I look at every property personally unless for some reason I am out of town. As far as remembering my clients, I am very organized and it is impossible that I called you and did not know which home was yours and you had to jog my memory. She was very helpful. She was able to answer all questions and if she didn't have an answer, she found it quickly. Very conversational, so my boyfriend and I were comfortable with her. She showed us a place on Carriage in Olde Gate. I was in love with it immediately.
